Volunteer-run heritage railway where well-behaved dogs travel free on the regular trains and are welcome around the stations.
Keep dogs on a lead, off carriage seats and clear of corridors. Dogs are not allowed inside the Furnaces Tearoom, although outdoor seating and drinking water are available. The Exotic Express and some special services do not accept pet dogs, so check the event details before travelling. Free parking is normally available at Spring Village.
