Dog Friendly Shropshire brings together practical places to eat, walk, stay and explore across the county. It is a companion to our town guide, with a separate directory focused on the rest of Shropshire.
We include Telford & Wrekin as part of the wider county guide, but keep its council services clearly separate.
How places are chosen
Entries use venue websites, official visitor information or named third-party sources. Newly checked entries display their check date. Listings carried over from the original guide are labelled so you can see where another check is needed.
Coverage is growing, not exhaustive. Empty categories are left empty until suitable entries can be added. Inclusion is not a personal endorsement or a guarantee of current access.
Your privacy
There are no visitor accounts or newsletters. Saved places are stored in your browser on this device. The listing-draft form creates a download on your device and does not send a submission to us.
With your permission, Google Analytics privately counts visits and helps us understand which pages are useful. The counter is not displayed publicly. Google Analytics is not loaded unless you choose “Allow visitor statistics”; your choice is stored on this device.
